- What does it mean that I can resell the furniture I bought through Zenkki?

Once you are done with your item, whether that’s next month, next year or in three years from now – we will happily take it back and resell it for you! This is the beauty of the loop model. The resell options is not available if you bought a loop 4 product. We can still organise a charity partner collection.

- How much money can I get back for an item if I resell it later?
This depends on a few factors like how long you had the item, the condition of it and the general price and popularity of the item at the time. We will give you an estimate of the range when you initiate a resell, and if you’re happy with that range you can choose to proceed with a collection. 

- Can I keep my item forever or resell it elsewhere?
Yes, of course! The item is yours to decide what to do with, if you keep it forever that's great! But if the day comes when you need to move or swap something out in your home, you’ll have the convenience of knowing we can collect your item in no time, refurbish it and find a new owner - so you don’t have to.
